Create lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Together, we'll address the underlying causes of your challenges, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence, purpose, and emotional well-being.
Life can become difficult when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, depression, stress, burnout, or poor sleep begin affecting your daily life. Whether you're working to heal from the past, strengthen your relationships, improve your sleep, or navigate a major life transition, I'm here to help.
I'm Ryan Clark, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), military veteran, and behavioral health leader with over 16 years of experience helping people navigate life's most difficult moments. I work with adults and couples from all walks of life, with specialized experience supporting military members, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and individuals facing high levels of stress and responsibility.
My specialties include:
* Trauma and PTSD
* Anxiety and panic
* Depression
* Insomnia and sleep problems (CBT-I)
* Men's mental health
* Relationship and couples counseling
* Life transitions and burnout
* Military, veteran, and first responder concerns
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than simply talking about problems, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and develop skills that create lasting change. I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
Clients often describe me as calm, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in their progress. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood while also helping you move toward meaningful, measurable change.
Seeking therapy is a significant step, and I'm committed to making the process supportive, collaborative, and effective. If you're ready to invest in yourself and create lasting change, I'd be honored to work with you.
