Hi there! Congratulations, you’ve made the first step.
Sometimes the thought of therapy or the word alone can seem overwhelming and at times, even scary - but I hope in our work together we can build a trusting relationship that will lead to living the life you’ve always envisioned.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a passion for supporting individuals on their life journey. Currently, I primarily work with individuals who identify as female and individuals apart of the LGBTQ2S community supporting with needs around mental health, trauma and history of abuse.
I believe that each one of us has the ability to heal ourselves. I work from a holistic lens understanding that the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual are interconnected. In my practice, my intention is to create a safe space free of any judgement or fears you may experience in the outside world.
I provide support through a trauma-informed and solution-focused lens and with an understanding on how the things we have experienced can impact our mental health and over all wellbeing leading to feelings of depression and anxiety.
