Hi and Welcome! I am a licensed therapist that is committed to the personal and professional growth of my clients. I believe in a holistic approach in which clients can not only heal but also thrive and find true joy in their lives. My style is warm, interactive and solution focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and understand the courage it takes to begin the therapy process. I provide a listening ear, gentle guidance and empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered and solution focused counseling.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, Georgia and Texas with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, career challenges and coping with life changes.
