My name is Simone, and I am an integrative psychotherapist.

I run a small practice in the heart of Cornwall (UK), called The Holistic Path Practice, where healing is about honouring the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I am an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with a degree in integrated psychotherapy and extensive training across multiple therapeutic approaches. I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology, with a special focus on neuroscience, forensic psychology, and health psychology. I am passionate about creating a safe and adaptable space for each client, allowing for meaningful exploration and growth within a personalised framework.

My practice draws on a range of integrative and evidence-informed approaches, including person-centred therapy, solution-focused therapy (SPT), the Human Givens approach (HG), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT), and solution-focused therapy hypnotherapy (SFH). I also integrate psychoeducation and neuroscience-informed understanding within sessions, helping clients make sense of how the brain, nervous system, and subconscious processes influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This integrative way of working allows sessions to be tailored to each individual, supporting both conscious understanding and deeper subconscious patterns linked to trauma, anxiety, habitual behaviours, and emotional overwhelm.

Our first meeting will focus on getting to know you and understanding your unique needs. Sessions follow a structured process, including assessment and goal setting, which helps guide a personalised treatment plan. This plan provides a clear starting point and is reviewed and refined as you progress towards your goals.
