Stacye Saunders

Struggling to understand personal self-efficacy and learning to self-regulate takes much practice, but it is achievable with the right counselor-client pairing. Helping others to see their value and worth while learning coping skills to independently work on goals, is Stacye's calling. With over 12 years' experience as a professional counselor, Stacye is passionately inspired to work with others to feel see, heard, empowered and enlightened.

Through strength-based, solution-focused and a variety of therapeutic approaches, Stacye believes that although change is not easy, it is attainable by working together. Stacye is a national certified counselor and earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Master of Science in Education degree in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. In her free time Stacye enjoys indoor gardening, traveling and singing.
