As a sex therapist with a PhD in Sexology, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their inner world, relationships, and sexuality with honesty and curiosity. My practice integrates evidence-based interventions with a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate challenges related to intimacy, desire, and communication, as well as mood and relationship dynamics impacted by bipolar disorder, anxiety, and trauma.

My work is sex-positive and inclusive, affirming clients across all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures—including LGBTQ+, bisexual, kink-allied, and non-monogamous communities. Whether you are struggling with disconnection, navigating life transitions, or seeking to deepen emotional and sexual intimacy, I help you build self-awareness and resilience while cultivating a sense of empowerment in your relationships and sexuality.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal and Psychoanalytic frameworks, as well as Narrative, Somatic, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, I tailor each session to your individual goals and lived experience. I also incorporate Structural Family and Solution-Focused techniques to help clarify patterns and create sustainable change.

My goal is to help you develop a stronger connection to yourself and others, to move beyond old patterns of shame, fear, or avoidance and toward greater authenticity, pleasure, and emotional balance.
