Steve Roy

Hello, my name is Steve Roy and I reside in the state of Arizona. I have been an AZ state licensed therapist for nearly 25 years with a wide range of experience. My experience includes working with both individuals and couples, families, and teens. I have also worked with incarcerated individuals, and in crisis settings. I strongly believe in the principle that we are all in the process of becoming, and hopefully becoming who we want to become as an individual, as well as a couple if in a relationship. I feel it is so important to develop the process of living in congruence with who we want to become. I am here to assist in you in this process. I utilize the therapy tools and models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples therapy, as well as Positive Psychology for it's proven that there is very real power in the principles of positive energy that can both heal and create lasting change, so we will be discussing how to create positive energy in your life.
