About Me

I received my master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Kansas and have over 30 years of counseling experience. My approach is holistic in nature. Utilizing tools and techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my goal is to empower and nurture each individual in Mind, Body, and Spirit. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first step toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you throughout the journey.
Life gets hard and there are many aspects/changes we are not able to anticipate and control. Working together we can develop a plan of action to move forward toward a better, healthier well-being, fine tuning the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, we can explore, mold, modify, and heal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My ultimate goal for you is to gain control of your thoughts, your feelings, and your behaviors in order to embody power and enhance your overall health, well-being, and present life situation.
