My Style of counselling support is to appraoch things with curiosity, kindness and a touch of humour. I work from a trauma informed and client centered lens.
My individual counselling service is designed to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can share, explore, and work through personal challenges. Each counselling path is unique and tailored to your personal goals and specific needs. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, self-confidence concerns, or other emotional struggles, individual counselling can provide the tools and insights to grow and thrive.
In individual counselling, you can expect confidentiality, empathy and respect. The first session typically involves assessment and goal setting, where we can identify key issues and develop a plan for future sessions. As counselling progresses, you will engage in meaningful conversations, learn effective coping strategies and potentially engage in exercises or homework to deepen your understanding and promote personal growth.
I know that not every approach is right for every individual, so I have been trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and more.
I build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, so you feel emboldened to do the work necessary for real and lasting change. I work to empower you to navigate all of life’s challenges with more hope, grace, ease and self-assuredness than you thought possible.

"After a month or so I belive i can write a review for this site. It has a decent amount it offers for the price and the worksheets it provides, although they are not always the most indepth they do help to guide your thought process and conversations when you are unsure where to start. Easy to change therapist on this site and have no technical problems with this service so far. Overall its a good service for its price"

"This platform offers a solid foundation for anyone beginning their self‑improvement journey. While some sections could benefit from deeper explanations, the content is still a strong starting point and easy to build on. Switching to a different therapist is simple, and the response times are impressively quick. Overall, it’s an accessible, affordable option that delivers real value for online therapy."

"I like the program and the options for therapists, but I've had some technical difficulties before, as I accidentally booked a text session instead of video and it wasn't possible to change it on short-notice, even though my therapist would have been able to switch to video as well."
