Taryn Couturier

My name is Taryn Couturier.

I am a Clinical Social Worker and have been Registered in the Province of New Brunswick for approximately 10 years.

I have had 8 years of direct clinical practice and am dedicated to strengthening my therapeutic tool box to best assist individuals, couples and families most appropriately and effectively.

I work from a strengths-based, holistic perspective and firmly believe that each person are experts in their own life.

With my experience and expertise working in collaboration with my client's unique individual needs, we can identify areas to improve and strengthen so that you can find your life worth living.

Each day offers a new opportunity for hope and healing. When life gets tough, so can we. We can find those silver linings and build upon them to improve quality of life, whether for an individual situation, couple or family dynamic.
