I have a BA in psychology from the University of Charleston and an MS in Licensed Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
I am licensed as an LPC in both West Virginia and South Carolina and offer individual, group, and family services to adolescents ages 12-18 and adults 18+.
I have experience in working with at-risk youth in addition to youth and families within the court and corrections settings.
I have experience in a variety of issues including panic and anxiety, antisocial personality, depression, anger management, substance use/abuse, process addictions, communication, personal boundaries, relationship issues, self-discovery, self-esteem, young adult issues, relationship issues, dating, conflict resolution, codependency, compassion fatigue, coping with life stressors and changes, perfectionism, self-love, and self-exploration.
I utilize an eclectic approach but mainly use Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
