About Me

With years of experience as a counselor and registered dietitian, I bring a compassionate, whole- person approach to care. I create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their goals, feel understood, and make meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach is centered around the client. I believe we are each experts in our own lives and that we already hold the strengths and resilience needed to create change in our lives. I will use motivational interviewing and other techniques from various theories - including CBT to guide our work together . My role is to come alongside each client - listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and help them to uncover what is already inside them. Wherever the client is in their journey. I will meet them with respect, empathy and guidance. I look forward to walking with each client as they explore what healing, growth and lasting change can look like.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, explore their goals and what support feels most helpful to them. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment -free space where the client feels supported, and ready to take the first steps toward meaningful change.
