I have been studying psychology since 2010. I graduated with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in 2017. I am currently an active Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including partial care, crisis intervention, intensive outpatient, school, and private practice. I have worked with adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses, as well as children and adolescents diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders. I tend to use a holistic approach to healing, integrating mind-body practices to promote healing. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to work with clients in both individual and group settings. I mainly working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and other every day life stressors. I enjoy creating safe spaces for people to be authentically and unapologetically themselves. I believe that every individual has the ability and potential to access their inner strengths, heal themselves, and reach desired goals.

"I recently started seeing Tiffany and I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience so far. She is very understanding and non-judgmental, which has allowed me to feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. She is skilled in providing practical tools and strategies for dealing with my issues. I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for support and guidance in their mental health journey."
