Tomha McMilan

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who employs a lot of different interventions to support the success of my clients and progress towards defined clinical goals. My foundational training is as a Structural Family Therapist yet I include strategies from other disciplines and my personal life experiences as a teacher and high school coach. I believe all parts of a person including their physical, emotional and spiritual health are essential to wholeness, healing and success.

I have worked bb private practice, community health, and behavioral health facilities, schools, group homes and with the military. My hope is to employ all of these experiences in working with my clients and their families.

I have worked in elementary, middle and high schools and their staff, several different military posts and all ranks and chains of command, college students, medical professionals, athletes, coaches, court appointed and faith based clients.

I strongly believe that every can be emite from therapy and mental health services. I have been certified in online therapy and look forward to bringing my skills and experiences to the online platform.
