"It feels so good to know I have the tools to face adversity next time. Vera has been so nice to me, she's listened so well, I've been writing out these projects I do and she responds and helps me see things through a different light. its been such a short time but I can already see positive changes, I have so much hope for the future that when something that effects me next time I have the skills to respond to them in a positive outlook. I've desperately needed these skills for a long time and I finally feel like I've added the right tools for the job to my toolbox. As a man it can be hard to ask for help but this was so comfortable and so easy to do. No pressure, no talk that I need to get my crap together, just so calm and collective changes of thinking that I'm able to love myself and know I'll make mistakes but I have the ability to move on from those mistakes in the correct way."
