Quick yoga breaks are the best! In this video, I show you some movements that you can do by your desk. We’ve created this video for you, if you’re at work and just need to pause, breathe a little slower and do some movements to create new space and energy in your body. Keep your office clothes on. The only thing you need is a chair!

Remember that a few minutes of yoga every day is good enough! Do what makes you happy. Do what feels good in your body, mind and soul.
