"On the day I joined this therapy platform I was so low and helpless. I was matched up with Tamara as my therapist. I was a bit shy at first for the video session because I didn't really know what to expect, but after several days of therapy with Tamara on the worksheet and live text messages, I started feeling comfortable. She has so much empathy, she never judges and I can relate to her. The live video approach is of good quality - the image is clear, the voice is clear and you don't seem to notice the very long distance between you and your therapist. After each live session customer service reaches out to you for your feedback, which in my opinion it shows they care and want to improve on whatever issue you have.
