"The worksheets helped me learn more about myself, and got me to really think about who I am as a person. Therapist live sessions were very insightful, nudging me to think in the right direction. A lot of preparation work required if you want the session to be efficient, but I think it's worth it. Would also help if therapist would do some prep work as well, and maybe suggest areas to explore on before each session based on previous sessions."
