It personally changed my opinion on therapy as I didnt always like battling traffic and sitting in a waiting room. Now I get to choose the time that works for me on my schedule. That right there is A LOT and one less thing that is going on in my head. Having the ability to message my therapist if something pops up and is fresh in my brain is also a huge perk. Sometimes it might be something that I just want to addresss in the next session or give feedback on what happened with the advice that was given to a situation.
