"I think it's great since it's not just therapy sessions, but also messages, videos, worksheets, journal, activity calendar etc. I think it's a great program and my therapist responds to my messages in a timely manner and is very helpful in our video sessions. She said she's seen improvement in me (and so has my mom) and I have seen it, too. I'm very grateful for starting this experience and I want to continue for another 2 or 3 months."
