For only $29.95/week you will have full access to our online therapy program including daily contact with your therapist that will help you through your day-to-day difficulties (Monday-Friday). That is less money than you would normally pay for one face-to-face therapy session.
To make it convenient for you we offer three subscription alternatives that all give you full access to our online therapy services. The only thing that differs is how many weeks at a time you want to pay for. You can cancel your subscription any time with a click of a button.
Bi-Monthly: $29.95/week, charged every other month until canceled ($239.60 in total is charged every other month).
Monthly: $34.95/week, charged every month until canceled ($139.80 in total is charged every month).
Weekly: $39.95/week, charged every week until canceled.

This is very individual and totally up to you. Some clients spend as much as several hours per day on their program, while others feel a few hours per week is enough. But remember, you have had your whole life to learn and unconsciously process negative behavior. It will take time and a lot of practice to reprogram your frame of mind.
It really depends on your situation. Some clients just need guidance from the program and therapist for a few weeks to get back on the right track. While others need more continuing help and stay with us for about a year.

It's very common to experience a mixture of symptoms and it might be difficult to know which one of the programs suits your needs the best. No matter what program you choose, your therapist will help you determine if you are on the right program or not. If needed you will be able to change program free of charge.

Your therapist is normally online 8 hours per day (Monday-Friday) and we always try to match you with a therapist with working hours that fits your time zone.
The staff including Customer Service is online and ready to assist you more or less 24 hours per day (Monday-Friday).
You will communicate with your therapist using the worksheets, live chat and e-mail.
Our services do not offer the same kind of "sessions" (appointments) that you go to at a face-to-face therapist. For many, what we offer is on the other hand more suitable and more on their terms. All our programs consist of 8 "sections". Each section is basically like a chapter in a book and contains all the information you need to challenge your negative thinking patterns and replace them with new, better ways of thinking. Within each section there are several "worksheets" where you will be asked to address specific questions. Your therapist will give you feedback on this on a day-to-day basis (Monday-Friday). You can also email your therapist as much as needed or schedule a live chat session with your therapist once a week.
You will get feedback from your therapist within maximum 24 hours, but usually your therapist will reply to you within a few hours (or even minutes). Since the communications through the worksheets are not in real-time, you do not have to schedule a session with your therapist. Instead you write and read the comments whenever it suits you. If you want to schedule a real-time chat session with your therapist you can do this once a week. If more chat sessions would be needed for you, this can be arranged for a minor fee.
You most certainly can. And this is also one of the advantages with online therapy compared to traditional face-to-face therapy. At a physical appointment it might be difficult to take in and remember all the advice and feedback the therapist gave you. With our services you can easily go back and read and process any previous feedback from your therapist and comments made by yourself. This is also a great way for you to observe the improvements that you will do during the therapy process.
